2. Use, scope and purpose of storage and processing data

We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing communications via e-mail, customer profiling with the aim of offering customers tailored content and products in e-mails and on the website. When we send emails, we record the impressions on the individual’s page of the messages received and the clicks on the links in the messages received. In order to provide better and more targeted offers and to tailor follow-up messages, we automatically process, analyse, profile and evaluate the interest of our customers in the messages we send. We do not make automated decisions based on the data recorded and the profiles created.
